Is there a way to sample it before putting up that kind of money? I notice there are individual packets too. My issue is that I'm not sure which flavor to try. I'm sure if comes with a money back guarantee of some kind, but that's always such a hassle if I have to return something. I feel pretty safe with the chocolate, but is there a chance of someone sending me one serving of the greenberry so I can sample it?

Thanks,
Keith

I have performed interval training since my 110yd dash days on the high school track team and on the football team. I did my time with heavy bag inside the Army. I can attest to how successful interval training has been in getting me into shape. I can also attest to the pulled muscles and injuries.

LOVE this :)

I made a video all about why I exercise. Honestly, it's for three reasons:

1. for my husband
2. for my brother
3. for myself

I want to be healthy for the people around me, especially my family. because I want to be there for them.

Hey Rob, congrats almost halfway through P90X. I love watching hockey, I would imagine you are pretty fit, but as for maintenance during hockey, I guess that depends on your goals. Your most likely getting your cardio with hockey, so yoga might be a nice break, I like the resistance training with P90X perhaps you would just do those to keep your muscle mass, mixed in with stretching and yoga. So your week might look like 1) chest and back/ab ripper 2) yoga 3) legs and back/ab ripper, then next week 1)shoulders and arms/ab ripper 2)yoga 3)legs and back/ab ripper. Just rotate in the various upper body workouts. You might also do X stretch instead of yoga, Do check the nutrition guide with P90X there are some good tips for foods and snacks that should help with your energy levels. I just purchased Insanity and the nutrition guide with that is even better than the P90X one I think. Shakeology might also help you with your energy.

Hey, sounds like you have done quite well! I am currently in the middle of my P90X program (day 40) and this is the first time I've ever done it. So far I have already seen pretty good results, dropping from 186 LBS to 180 LBS and I am 5'11" so thats pretty cool! I have a feeling I will be pleased with my overall results when I'm done and I had a quick question for you. I do this in the summer and early fall because in late fall, winter and early spring I play fairly intense hockey 2-3 times per week and I am not able to keep up the level of intensity and training for every day through this time (I know this cause I play 1 summer hockey a week and it is difficult enough to keep up the energy for that). So my question is, what would you suggest for a maintenance program for me during my hockey season? 3 workouts per week? (Ex. Yoga, Plyo, and resistance training?) Please let me know your thoughts, thanks in advance! Rob.
