Shakeology Samples for Free!         

I will tell you up front that I’ve never been one to try any drink or shake for weight loss, or for fitness goals. The only reason I even tried it was that I was in the middle of P90X and in reading the forums on Beachbody , talking to other coaches, and seeing the shakeology videos I thought why not try it. It really was a no brainer, a very easy meal for lunch to prepare , a healthy meal, and it seemed to be helping others. I ordered the single packs of both flavors. I was very impressed with the Chocolate, I like it plain with water or even better with skim milk or almond milk. I really like some of the recipes to make it even better. Now for me the Greenberry is not as enjoyable, the best way to describe it is…..imagine having a shake that lets some of the “greens” taste mingle with the “berry” flavor. That is just being as honest as I can be. Now I do know some folks who like it better than the chocolate, but not me! I have tried some of the recipes for the Greenberry and again for me I’m buying the Chocolate, now I’m addicted. I now order it home direct for more savings. I like how it fills me up, and I seem to have more energy in the afternoons, no more struggles trying to stay awake on the 32 mile ride home after work.
